Court 
York City Court is held at the York City Hall located at 10 North Roosevelt Street. Court is held every Monday morning at 8:30 am.
The Clerk of Court is Bobbie Brooks. Mrs. Brooks can be reached at the police department Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
The Municipal Judge is Lynne Benfield. Mrs. Benfield can be reached at the police department Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 9:00 am. Mrs. Benfield can be seen after 5:00 pm by appointment only. Call the police department to schedule an appointment.
The Surrogate Judge is William Moody.
