Police Chief Bill Mobley is proud to recognize Cpl. Matt Boykin as Officer of Year.
Cpl. Boykin was recognized as Officer of Year by the Optimist Club in Clover on May 13th.
Cpl. Boykin has served with the York Police Department since 2005. Cpl. Boykin is an extremely hard worker and is very dedicated to his job. We are proud to have Cpl. Boykin as a member of our department.
